Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you respect our time and scheduling by providing adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and it will be considered a missed appointment. No-shows will not be eligible to book future appointments.
